Since I get my news from various sources (including the lame morning-drive DJs) it's not uncommon for me to hear the same news from different perspectives. Honestly, that's the best way so you can get past the "spin" that individuals will put on any given story.
So the story that popped up a couple times? No, not the stock market crash! It's a study that social isolation can literally make people cold.
You've heard of the sayings: a cold shoulder, an icy stare, a frosty reception, etc. Read all about it in the New York Times or in Yahoo! News. Either way, it's cool (haha) research. I love this science stuff! Educate, my friends, educate.

I think that experiment should be conducted on the 4th floor of the MP building, where it's always a constant 27 degrees below zero. I would like to see the students play a virtual game of catch with frozen fingers and icicles hanging from their nostrils.
Or they could sweat out the toxins here in the FAO Sauna & Coffee House :) You and I should swap spaces once a day, if only to regulate our body temperature!
We can trade only if I can have full access to your M&M dispenser.
