Did you survive...

... the first day of school?

Hundreds of students swarming the mall entrances, lost souls wandering the halls in search of their unmarked classrooms, the malfunctioning air conditioners that turned the 4th floor of the MP building into a sweltering hot house, syllabi fresh off the press and all into the hands of a world of learners. So I ask you what my parents asked me each day of my childhood: How was your day at school? Did you learn something new?

I learned something today: My thesaurus said I could use the word "sultry" in place of "stifling," but since I was refering to the swampy, oppressive thickness of the warm moist air in my office, I honestly didn't feel all that sultry.

If you need to escape the sense overload of the next few days, I've added a couple new gadgets to the blog: Pacman and Space Invaders. Oh yeah, you know you want to play 'em. Scoff if you must, just to get it out of your system, but I know that deep down inside, you long to indulge your inner arcader. C'mon, enjoy the freedom. Let me know if you want see other gadgets like news or weather or generic Tetris. I tried to get you Hangman, but the link was broken. It's OK, we have eachother ;)
