Could ya scoot over a smoot?

Quiz: How long is a smoot? Better yet, who is Smoot?

So we all know that a well-balanced breakfast helps us in more ways than we originally thought. It helps us to think. And we need that at work 'cause our bosses are kind of relying on our ability to, you know, think. But did you know (I love this part) that the Burger King Hash Browns (large) has 620 calories, 40 g fat (11 g saturated; 13 g trans), 1,200 mg sodium and 60 g carbs?!? That's equivalent to 12 chicken wings. WHOAH. I mean, whoah. I can have a whole meal with fewer calories and fat. I should have a whole meal with fewer calories and fat. Then I'd be less fat. Heheh.

Want to know more? It's interesting, I promise! There's this book called 'Eat This, Not That' and I like the idea because they say, well... you're at McDonald's and XYZ is the worst thing you could eat there... so, if you're already there, you should eat this instead. Ya see, I like that. They understand that when you're on the road from Germany to Italy and the most convenient stop after 4 previous stops on the autobahn is gonna be McDonalds, then here are your options.
