By now I'm sure you've read of my love for newspapers. But wait... what about the E-Paper, a thin electronic reader that was developed at Cambridge University? A factory in Germany has launched production of this technology and now I'm completely confused. I mean, we've seen similar products by Fujitsu, Sony, et al. You know how much I love technology. I'd LOVE to embrace this machine. Enough to give up the ink and chemicals to which I've grown accustomed and have soothed me many a Sunday afternoon?!?Yes.
Librarians in Great Britain have given their opinions on electronic readers, which have been designed to replace paper books. This one's a little harder for me. Don't get me wrong, I love the concept. I would accept this as a gift with much enthusiasm. I just wouldn't replace my books with it. It would be a supplement to my library.
Oh, what's a girl to do?
